This repair shop is consistently on the straight & narrow path to great customer service and excellent mechanical labor.
My car was in for 1-1/2 days, but fortunately this was at end of the workweek, and possible to leave it with them thru Saturday mid afternoon.
The oil leak issue had been entered to my car’s record with them, thru a few oil changes, and they kept an eye on the severity of the leak, never pressured me to get this fixed, and kept tabs of this leak. Each time I phone them, there is a courteous professional person at the other end, ready to listen.
Pete takes the time to explain how he plans to fix something in terms that the average person can comprehend. Even at the end of the day, Pete is still focused on pleasing his customers, and delivering best customer service.
Prices are WAY LESS than dealerships, and Casey’s won’t steer you into getting a repair that your car does not really need. I liked this most about them.
